Soul Mate verses Life Mate
It is easier to find your mate, even the life mate you might end up with in you marriage than the mate your Soul longs for… You can meet someone out of infatuation, through happenstance or through active pursuits and probably find success and create a life mate.
You can choose someone out of attraction, affection and combine the feelings your heart is subscribing to and combine that with the brains logic and make the best of the relationship and find love.
This allows for many relationships to foster and grow and be happy, but not truly happy and not “perfect”. Most people settle for whom they are with, or settle because the effort to find the “perfect” person is too much to handle, to hard and it is easier to settle and make the best of your situation than to seek out passion.
When people settle, they create a life of everyday existence but it lacks romance.
If the life mate choice is based on both emotion and logic and reason, then the food for the soul is missing – spirituality. If a choice is made without spirit or soul as in this case, passion cannot exist. This is very humanistic, skeptical; fear based and can lead to a harder life and marriage.

The Soul Mate lives in our core, with out end. It is this core that only our spiritual heart and mind can trust and the only thing that should be used to choose a mate. Logic based decisions are humanistic based and are subject to being fallible, and imperfect and can lead to an imitation of what the Soul really needs.
